Kim Shepheard, Founder/CMO of Shepheard Marketing set out to help small and mid-sized businesses grow and get better. In doing so, her desire to create a brand and company of her own - that she could grow herself - began to plant seeds. She ultimately set about making franchising a reality, and bath. cut. brush. was born in 2022.

Kim is passionate about marketing for small business, as well as a dog and cat lover. Now she gets to take part in a business that she has created and continues to grow month over month.
